Conservative columnist Debbie Schlussel, who is staunchly pro-Israel, was writing the other day about President Obama's "gaffe" when he referred to a "Polish concentration camp." It was no gaffe, Schlussel claimed, it unintentionally pointed out that the Poles were complicit, and in many cases participants, in the Holocaust.
In response, Schlussel, who is Jewish, became engaged in a nasty tit-for-tat with Polish readers online and on her Facebook Fan Page. 16,417 comments -- wow. Eventually, her website was so overwhelmed that it shut itself down.
